Our Asset Management solution GPSTRAQER is widely used to protect industrial assets. We protect domestic installations as well as solar farms on an industrial scale. Our deep understanding of the electrical component parts and machinery breakdown enables fast and reliable deployments reducing insurance costs. Other deployment use cases for our Asset Management solution are in the container business (GPS doesn’t work when containers are stacked above each other; our Mobile Positioning does), at construction sites to avoid equipment theft, as a redundant anti-theft solution by car rental agencies (thieves remove the primary GPS tracking unit; when this is detected, our asset tracker activates) and by security agencies to monitor surplus inventory and excess personal property.
Robust And Proved Reliable
M2M Global Solutions’s Asset Management system relies on the same advanced technology platform as our tried-and-true GPSTRAQER but uses different hardware and a different service categorization setup, both of which are ideally suited for asset management. With our Asset Management, the user is able to configure other variables which are more relevant for assets, such as temperature, humidity, battery level, indoor signal and movements captured by G-Sensor.
Asset Trackers with seriously long battery life?
The hardware can be configured to send tracking information every second, every minute, every 3 minutes, every 5 hours or whatever time interval is needed. In addition, the built-in G-sensor (accelometer) facilitates transmission of tracking information based on movement events. This means that the tracker can be in deep sleep for years until somebody moves the object and wakes the tracker. It then triggers user notifications via SMS, email, through our app, or via a phone call from our Service Management Center.
Our Fleet Management solution consists of unique components combined into a unique and highly functional product. We have M2M IP Data Plans. We have Global Data Plans providing realtime GPS tracking by transmitting vehicle position every 5 seconds!
Our software GPSTRAQER.COM lets you monitor your vehicles via the web, Android and iOS apps. You can also interact bidirectionally with the vehicles. For example, you can receive geofencing alerts when drivers stray outside defined boundaries. Or you can transmit a command that disables the ignition when a vehicle is being stolen.
Our hardware is designed around our M2M Sims and surfaces all of its advanced features, such as GPS Backup, Flat Rate Global Roaming and our proprietary UGC8 protocol.
